I AM are proud to welcome two of their favourite spinners. One of veteran status and one a rookie, both with their tasers (and synths) set to groovy, and with them, I AM are going to be celebrating the wonder that is Italo-Disco. Quite possibly one of the most fun genres that exists in music, and isn’t that what it’s all about? For those that don’t know Italo is a subgenre of disco that originated from (that’s right you guessed it) Italy in the late 70s after the introduction of the synthesiser and other electronic elements to the disco genre, often focusing on futuristic and space aged themes.
