22 Jamaica Street provides a flexible and functional space for live music, product promotion and special events.

The 5000 square foot basement space can accommodate up to 410 people, is serviced by two separate bar areas and complimented by cutting edge Martin Audio sound technology. Walnut flooring extends from the main bar area, characterised by it’s exposed brickwork and steel beams, through to the low ceilinged dancefloor space and onto the more intimate, low lit, back bar lounge which can be separated for use as a dressing room space or VIP area.

The venue utilises a state of the art music system which can be customised by our in-house sound engineer to match your needs, be it AV presentations, 5 piece band or full-on club night. Live music is easily accommodated by installation of custom built staging and lighting rigs.

Our young, friendly team of staff provide a professional bar service with a wide range of imported beers and quality spirits available and our production and promotion teams work closely with you to help guarantee a successful event. Catering can also be arranged from some of local affiliates.
