Of French descent, Optimo first met The Twins when they were hanging out in Glasgow. Their paths then crossed in various European capital cities and a mutual appreciation was born. Out of that came the suggestion that they might make a record for Optimo Music. The resulting three tracks far exceeded thier wildest expectations and since coming out in March has proved to be one of the biggest ever sellers on the label. With an album forthcoming on Pachanga Boy’s Hippie Dance label, The Twins are doing a small number of live shows around the globe this summer and we are very fortunate to have one of them at Optimo’s bi-monthly Sub Club night.
