SUB CLUB COVID POLICY

• All attendees will be required to show either a negative Lateral Flow Test result from a test taken on the same day or provide evidence of valid current COVID-19 immunity status – Vaccine Passport etc

• All tests must be registered online at www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result and the corresponding NHS confirmation text or email shown at the door prior to entry, alongside your matching photographic ID.
