Sun 14 July

Join us to continue the party into the wee hours after TRNSMT Sunday in Breathe’s next instalment of their residency at Sub Club. Founder Jamie Gunn takes us on a journey through house music with a special extended set + support from residents McCart and guest artists Hapol making their Glasgow and Sub Club debut. Expect nothing short the finest selection of house and dance music Glasgow has to offer from one of the cities favourite party series. Playing for the first time an extended Vinyl heavy set, Jamie Gunn at only twenty two years old is a selector quickly on the rise with the presence, skills behind the decks and track selection of an artist much his senior. His ethos is a throwback to an era when the focus was on music rather than the cult of personality. Jamie has had a breakout year opening for Underground Resistance (UR), Skrillex, Sam Gellaitry, Mele and Kilimanjaro in 2024 and 2023. As well as sold out club performances he has been making appearances at festivals such as DF Concerts Connect. He has also been racking up headline performances for some of Scotlands largest promotions including FLY and Rare as well as promoting sold out shows with his own promotion Breathe, across Glasgows premier venues. We also see the return Breathe residents McCart, who have got mid week dance floors moving again to the sound of house across Glasgow which has been recognised by their invite to play Subculture as well as Pavilion festival at the Sub Club stage, a good time is always a given with their infectious and dynamic genre bending performances. McCart will be joined by new kids on the block Hapol, who have recently caught our attention. We always have our ear close to the floor for Scotlands next big talent, and we are yet to miss. This is not the last time you will see Hapol’s name on dance floors across Glasgow after what is sure to be a breakout performance. Good people, small spaces, banging tunes.
