Optimo’s bi-monthly party returns to the Sub Club this Friday 7th June with hosts JD Twitch and JG Wilkes plus a very special live performance from Bee Mask.

Bee Mask is the project of Philadelphia-based producer Chris Madak. Prepare yourself for a rare treat as Bee Mask brings his intricate and deeply warped idea of modern electronic music to Optimo. Drawing equally on the couplings of 1970s west coast synthesis, the fractured gloss of sampler concrete and the iridescent thumbprint of High Minimalism, prepare to get lost in his world of home-recorded psychedelia!!!

Chris has performed throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Europe and completed commissioned electroacoustic works dedicated to artists such as John Cage.
