On Friday 13th, RTM are extremely happy to welcome back one of Techno’s true originals, and one of the most exciting DJs around, making a rare appearance at the Sub Club, playing for the first time since 2011.

Dave Clarke is a DJ with an anarchist streak a mile wide and punk in his soul. From small, sweaty clubs to the likes of Fabric, Fuse or Tresor, he nurtures an extraordinary relationship with the crowd, living up to his nickname, the Baron of Techno, a moniker given him by the late, great BBC Radio DJ John Peel.

Slam’s residency on the 2nd Friday of the month, Return to Mono, has been long established as the main regular techno party in the city, with an astonishing array of talent joining Slam behind the decks, in a consistently busy environment, in everyone’s favourite intimate club space.
