Ciel is Toronto-based producer, DJ, promoter, and all-around dance music powerhouse Cindy Li. For the last six years, Cindy has been advocating for equality, inclusivity, and safer spaces in dance music through her internationally praised It’s Not U It’s Me parties and Work In Progress radio shows, the latter of which exclusively showcases music produced by female-identifying artists.
