Polka Dot Disco Club returns to Sub Club on Friday 21st August with techno powerhouse Sama’ Abdulhadi stepping up as our headliner.
As one of the most acclaimed electronic artists to emerge from Palestine, Sama’ Abdulhadi has become a vital voice in global techno. Her fierce, high-energy sets blend driving Berlin-inspired sounds with subtle Middle Eastern influences. She has played some of the world’s most iconic stages, including Coachella, Glastonbury Festival and Circoloco, while continuing to champion Palestinian artists and cultural resilience through her work.
Opening the night is Acido Cielo, a Rome-born DJ and producer whose sets move fluidly through tekno, club music and experimental frequencies. Known for crafting hypnotic and unpredictable journeys, she blends hard-hitting rhythms with atmospheric textures to create a sound that is both powerful and immersive.
Polka Dot founder Frankie Elyse completes the lineup, bringing a playful and emotionally charged blend of bold club sounds, euphoric melodies and chunky grooves. As a DJ, producer and BBC music journalist, she is known for dynamic, genre-spanning sets that are as fun and unpredictable as they are deeply danceable.
Polka Dot Disco Club empowers and champions FLINTA DJs, but our inclusive events are for absolutely EVERYONE – no matter your background or gender. So grab a ticket now, because you’ll have fomo otherwise.
