Slow To Speak is the duo of Francis Englehardt and Paul Nickerson, proprietors of Dope Jams, of Dope Jams, a most iconoclastic music store previously located on Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn and now situated in the foothills of the Catskills Mountains. and acclaimed as New York’s foremost guardians of house music and culture. As perhaps the city’s most vocal, vital malcontents, tonight promises to be a no holds barred session.
